Setting Up Your Organisation
When you first register, SwiftlyCRM creates your organisation and a default Headquarters branch automatically. This guide walks you through completing your organisation profile so everything looks professional from day one.
Step 1 — Complete Your Organisation Profile
Navigate to Settings → Organisation and fill in:
| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Organisation name | Used in PDF headers, client portals, and email footers |
| Logo | PNG or SVG, minimum 200 × 200 px, transparent background recommended |
| Country | Determines your default payment gateway (Paystack for African countries, Stripe for international) |
| Industry | Used for reporting benchmarks |
| Company size | Helps us tailor tips and defaults |
Step 2 — Configure Your Branch
Your default branch is called Headquarters. To rename it or configure it:
- Go to Settings → Branches
- Click the branch name to edit it
- Set your timezone and currency display preference
- Under Branch Settings → Email Notifications, choose which events trigger emails (deal closed, task overdue, etc.)
Step 3 — Set Pipeline Stage Probabilities
SwiftlyCRM uses probability percentages per stage to calculate your weighted pipeline forecast.
- Go to Settings → Pipeline Stages
- Adjust the probability (%) for each stage to match your historical close rates
- These feed directly into the Analytics dashboard revenue forecast
Step 4 — Add Your Branding to Documents
On the Pro and Enterprise plans, your logo and colours appear on all generated PDFs (proposals, contracts, invoices).
- Go to Settings → Branding
- Upload your logo and set your brand colour (hex code)
- Preview the PDF template before saving
