Best for: solo founders, consultants, and small teams trialling SwiftlyCRM.
- Permanently free — no credit card required, no expiry
- Includes all CRM modules: pipeline, contacts, proposals, contracts, invoicing, tasks, chat, files, AI (limited), and more
- Hard user cap of 3 — invite a colleague to take the 2nd and 3rd seat
- Documents show a "Powered by SwiftlyCRM" watermark on PDFs
Pro Plan
Best for: growing sales teams of 4–30 people.

Annual billing is available on all Pro tiers. Pro Annual is $48/user/year, Pro Plus Annual is $96/user/year, and Pro Max Annual is $192/user/year. Switch at any time from Settings → Billing.
Pro Plus Plan
Best for: scaling teams of 10–50 people who need higher limits.

How Usage Limits Work
