That's a sentence we've said to each other dozens of times over the past few years. As people who have worked in and around B2B sales in Africa and globally, we've watched teams struggle with tools that were either too expensive, too complicated, or simply built for a different market. Salesforce is extraordinary software — but it's priced for companies that are already large. HubSpot is well-designed — but its free tier is a funnel into a pricing model that quickly becomes difficult for smaller teams to sustain.

We built SwiftlyCRM to answer a simple question: what would a world-class CRM look like if it were built by people who actually care about emerging-market businesses?

What SwiftlyCRM Is

SwiftlyCRM is an all-in-one B2B CRM platform. It covers the full sales lifecycle — from the first lead discovery, through pipeline management and proposals, all the way to invoicing, contract management, and commission tracking.

That's not a list of future roadmap items. Those are 18 modules available today, on every plan — including the free tier.

Built for Africa (and the World)

We built Paystack integration first — because for the majority of our target customers across Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, and across the continent, Paystack is how you collect money reliably. For teams outside Africa, we have Stripe.

The automatic gateway selection is invisible to the user. We look at your organisation's country and route accordingly. No configuration required.
